Research and Development
Every month we present an average of 17 new products for your selection. We also welcome your custom projects. Our R&D team of 20, led by a 10-year veteran, can develop your new sweaters in five days and new yarn varieties in one month. After five years of working with a designer in Italy, they are able to turn your ideas into market hits. As part of our dedicated support and service, we can offer yarn in small volumes as samples.
OEM Capacity
We are well-equipped for your OEM orders. In our 7,000-square-meter factory, we have two carding product lines from Italy and 300 hand-operated flat-bar knitting machines. Every month we turn out 12,000kg of cashmere yarn and 20,000 cashmere sweaters to fill your volume orders.
Fine Raw Materials and Thorough QC
Our long-term partners in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia provide us with first-class cashmere for your yarn and garment needs. At present, we produce carded yarn with 2/16Nm-2/28Nm for knitting, combed yarn with 2/32Nm-2/60Nm of various specifications, and knitwear of 3GG, 5GG, 7GG, 10GG, 12GG, 14GG and 16GG. Combined with our SGS-certified QC system, advanced yarn facilities from Italy and knitting equipment from the Taiwan area, we assure that our product quality will fully meet your demands.
